    We came to the Sunshine State of Florida's west coast in 1957. I'm fully in zone 9b. Mother loved her flowers Gardenia tree which lived under a large Live Oak. Before Air Conditioners came to Florida. Mom would roll open the Jalousie windows on the back Florida Room or Porch as some would say...

    On our South fence line, we have "Wax leaf Privet Hedges" and with the new development coming in around us, we are looking into adding more of them. They truly seem to make for happy Nabors.

    I came across this wonderful surprise popping up. I thought "Orchid," "Florida," the name came from the Spanish explore, Ponce de Leon in 1513, meaning "FULL OF FLOWERS or Flowery" he also introduced Cattle, Horses, and pigs and was the first Cowboy to sit on the back of a Horse in Florida.

    I'm no longer performing my own lawn and garden maintenance. I think after my face is planted itself on the concrete in my driveway, fixed my yard working days. I did this while removing fallen branches. Similar Live Oaks likes these 23-fully grown that we have as now scrub oaks. (No Scrub oaks)...

    I worked on putting together a 10-page photos and instructors. Was not easy in my very broken Spanish as we have one Lawn Service with three - three-member crew teams.

    Love, them Sandhill Crains, mate for life and grow from four to five feet tall. Will have one or two offspring. We have many in the Sunshine State on Florida's west coast. Mostly when in flight they will call out as if to wait for a return from others on the ground. Like your SOUND Click Here
