What is this wildflower?Do you know?The petal's are white and the middle is a pretty yellow.Grow's in clump's with tall knee high stems.,very few leaves it has a faint scent.

Looking in the National Audubon Society field guide to wildflowers, eastern region it looks like ox eye daisy. Our fleabane petals are much thinner. Do you get ox eye daisy in the south?

Annette I googled the ox eye daisy .The body of the plant does'nt look like what I have.
The fleabane look's like it though.

I don't know what this is but it's a pain in the Raz-Ma-Taz LOL
Can't get rid of it.The first is a picture of the root it look's like a rattlesnake tail the rattle part.Then the top it flower's with pretty purple flower's but its invasive fast spreading.No flower to show already bloomed.
