Are you able to grow the following plants in branson Missouri and when (if known)
Artichoke, soy bean, broccoli, raab broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chives, cucumber, kale, lettuce, okra, onion, peanuts, spinach, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomato, vegetable spaghetti, sweet corn, blueberries, cranberries, currant, grape, juneberries, mulberries, strawberries, apples, apricots, cherries, peach, pear, plum, elderberries. Any information will be helpful thank you.

You live in Zone 6 according to the map.
So just check each plant and see if it will winter over in zone 6. That is for perennials and shrubs.
With veggies (I am in zone 5) I always consider them to be annuals and would plant them in the spring after the last frost
All of these should do well in your zone. Trees "mulberries, strawberries, apples, apricots, cherries, peach, pear, plum, elderberries"
Chives and walking onions are perennial they can be planted now.

Cold weather veggies like peas, chard, cabbage, califlower, can take a bit of frost.
