I just checked, and it appears that Meal Master is still available, and it seems to be one of the most popular versions of recipe software out there.

The downloadable version sells for under $20, so it's not overly expensive.

Are any of the members here using this software? If so, what do you think of it? Would you reccomend it to others?

Is anyone using any other recipe software? If you are, can it import and/or export in Meal Master format?

I'm considering suggesting that folks who use the software use the export function to post recipes, making it quite easy for others to import them.
This would be totally OPTIONAL, not required, but it might be handy for those folks using recipe software.

Here's a sample Cookbook Wizard recipe export. As you can see, it's easy to read, and doesn't require any software. However, if you have the Meal Master software, it can import that recipe into your database.

OK, I've figured it out and it works really well. The current version of the software is called "Cookbook Wizard", and it's a nice, if a bit dated, program.

Copying recipes to the forum couldn't be easier! Select the recipe you want, choose "copy to clipboard", click on the forum reply box, right click your mouse and select "paste"

Here's what you'll get:

So I'll definitely encourage anyone who has that software to use the export function! It's quick, easy, the presentation looks good, and it can also be imported back into the program by other people using that software.
