Copycat Disneyland Apple Granola Pancakes
Fluffy buttermilk pancakes are topped off with roasted cinnamon apples, crunchy granola and a drizzle of maple syrup. It’s Copycat Disneyland Apple Granola Pancakes!
A big ol’ stack of pancakes is a wonderful way to start the morning, especially when it’s your family all gathered together around the table and the whole weekend is ahead of you. But what if you took those pancakes a step farther?
We went to Disneyland and had a pretty good stack of pancakes, but what made them totally delicious was the pile of roasted apples, sweetened crunchy granola and that drizzle of maple syrup on top. I loved them! So naturally I had to pick apart every last detail and make a copycat recipe.
