I have never seen a plant like this one....
Here is a few things I see about it.
It looks like some type of weed native to your area...
It is more then likely an annual type.
Flowers are insignificant and probably will produce a lot of seeds, and would be considered an aggressive spreader.
It is up to you whether to keep this particular plant just to see what happens....
Do he leaves give off an fragrance when you rub them?
