Hi guys,

Hope you are all well and gardens are thriving! I have this dwarf tangerine that lost a bunch of leaves and need advice on best care to help it feel happier and looking alive.
I live in Los Angeles so plant could thrive here (nervous it got too much water perhaps).

Anyway, any advice and constructive feedback is greatly appreciated

Looks from your photo that your tree is infected by some species of spider mites, or other sucking insects! You will need to use a pesticide such a Neem. It is a safe pesticide to use. Looking at the surrounding plants, even they do not look very healthy!
