Can anyone help please - i was given 4 yacon plants in pots in November that had shrivelled due to frost and because i grow in a polytunnel and it was very cold i put these in a spare room they have since grown and the green shoots are about 18inch tall and bending over - should i cut these back (they seem to have been forced).
