Brussels sprouts looks like a baby cabbages. Brussels sprouts can be naturally grown vertically without support, making the plant a suitable addition to a space-saving container garden. Actually this plant grows best in cool weather, and it can fail to form sprouts if the weather is too hot. The plant take about ninety days to produce sprouts, so most gardeners normally plant them in early summer for a fall crop or in early spring so they can mature before the heat of summer.
