2 cups flour--I use one cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 oil-- For pie's I use peanut oil--for quiche's I use olive oil
1/4 cup very cold milk--either 2% or non fat works really well

Mix the flour and salt .
Pour the oil and milk together (don't stir)
Pour over the flour.
Mix well--I use a pastry blender
but you can also use a fork and knife to cut it together
Press into a ball and cut in half.
I take wax paper --two sheets--place one on counter and put one ball on it and press it down a bit then place the other sheet on top and roll out ...makes it ewasy to roll and easy to get into your pan.
Then add your filling ...repeat other ball for top crust..
you can also just press the crust into your pan...place the ball in the middle and begin pressing it all around until it covers the pan
