I am wondering how often Is hould feed my cactus? Is there a special forumla to use? In the winter I bring the cactus inside due to the cold. It does not get a lot of light in the winter.

Since they go dorment for the winter due to low light do not fertilize them at all and only water sparingly....I'd place it in a window that gets some sun!
Only fertilize them come spring when they start to show signs of growing again.
Use a fert lower in nitrogen such as 10-30-15 and delute by half every other week!
In early fall stop fertilizing and cut back on the watering!
