Step 1: Selecting the Right Mango Seed

Choosing the right mango seed is the first step to grow a mango tree from seed. Select a ripe mango with sweet aroma and yellowish-orange flesh that has been eaten or bought. This indicates that the seed inside is ready to be planted.
