ID Shrub and is it sunburned

I’ve had these since I’ve moved to current house six years ago. Do not know how old they are. We removed a tree from nearby a couple months ago. I’m wondering if this one shrub turning yellow and orange is sunburned.

Also what are they? See purple berries.

The shrub is Mahonia aquifolium - Oregon Grape Holly
Grows best in mostly shade and is sensitive to strong sunlight.
Might be a good idea to plant another shade tree close by, or provide some structure to create the shade it requires...Or. you can move it to another shady area with careful planning.

When was the third picture taken? What is your city, state, USDA Zone? Some of the leaf colors remind me of Mahonia Orange Flame.

Thanks. Oregon Grape Holly was the only thing I saw close to this online. I don't see many of these around here. All the photos were taken today. I don't usually see these bright colors in the spring. I'm in Memphis, TN. I was thinking I might need to move the one turning colors to the back yard, which is much more shady. I was worried about my other plants after we cut down the tree, but it never occurred to me this one would be a problem. I guess this particular shrub that's changing color gets more sun than the others since it's further out away from the house.
