The trick to doing that instead of using the quick reply box at the end of the thread, you have to click on "Reply to thread". That will give you more options, including the ability to attach images to your reply.

I tried to post a pic directly from my computer. It does not have http in its properties and would not post. Help?

Can you tell me what happened? Did you use the regular reply, instead of quick reply? If so, did you see the pop-up that lets you browse for a file?
 
I remember that from the other forum that you couldnt use quick reply......this is so great.....a forum I know and love using......just like the olds days.......
 
Hey I figured out how to upload a picture. I'm so glad. These are what the kids sent for my birthday.
