Hallo! :)

Tell me, please, it's necessary to cut off the faded flowers of rudbeckia before winter?

1st off let me say welcome to the site. It is good to see a new face.

If you leave the blossoms on they will seed and you will have more plants next year. If you don't want more plants then cutting the heads off will prevent reseeding.

Welcome to our forum!
Good question!
As Kya mentions, and now for mine!
The seed heads give winter interest as well as food for over wintering birds!
Some rudbeckia are annuals so reseeding would be a good idea so you will have them come up next year!

When I cut off the flowers I try to scatter the seeds in the garden rather than put them in the compost.
