Hello all. So I am new to growing vegetables and I’m about 90 days in using these wicking containers. I just clipped my first huge bell pepper off the vine. It’s an orange bell pepper but has not turned yet. I figured I would bring it indoors and let it ripen there. I noticed these spots though around the top or stem. I have noticed some eastern leaf footed bugs crawling around on it as well. Any thoughts as to what’s going on? Also, is this bell pepper going to be bad to eat due to what’s going on at the top of it?
