I live in Michigan, what is the best way to get my Roses for Winter? I am not cutting anymore, let them harden up. the only thing with the crazy Hot Summer is they are 6ft high! i never had them grow this well. Not even a powerdy Mildue or black spot problem, first time ever! Can i cut the Canes back down to 2ft in early November?

It would be best to reduce the height to prevent wind blown damage to the root system! You do not want to canes to move with high winds! You could use sturdy stakes if you would like the canes higher!
Lucky you! No powdery mildew or black spot!!!
