Interesting post. I didn't know we didn't have any native honey bees. Everyone is worried about what will happen if they continue their decline in population. I suppose people got along without them earlier, but than, they were growing different/fewer crops as well

Hello. What does everyone do when they have a big crop come ripe all at the same time? When it's more than you can use before it goes bad?
