    I love Myrtles but have not found one to grow in my zone 5 artic tundra. I wish you luck with your rust...its a handful when you have alot to treat. I remember in years past trying to treat black spot on 30+ roses. They do sell organic fungicides...has worked for me...when I had those rusty...

    Here are some more....1. Rose Champion I wintersowed. 2, 3, 4, 5 are Pacific Giant Primerose. 6 and 7 is something we call lemondrop...not sure if that is a proper name or not and the last one is a cute little Lily of the Valley and a stinker of a dandelion.

    This is something new and I love it...Jupiter's Beard...I am starting to collect its little seeds...they get these little umbrella like things so they can fly away...I am hoping to collect them before they do.

    All your flowers are beautiful but I was really drooling over the azaleas and hydrangea. I bet that yellow knock out is going to be incredible...they are really expensive here...congrats on the outstanding deal you found!! Can't wait to see more!!

    Your garden looks so healthy...bet your soil is wonderful. My 90 yr old friend swears by horse manure....they haul it in for her straight from the horse stall I think...her soil is amazing!! I compost but am thinking I need to get some manure in my yard other than that left by my two labs and...

    Thank you Tonya. I pulled out my notes and the Astilbe is Bridal Veil, Amethyst, Purple Candles, Pumila, and three mixed Arendsii. Hope yours knocks your socks off next year!!!

    oh man...we have been having thunderstorms everynight...the weather alarm has been keeping me up. The ground just keeps sucking up all the rain here though...haven't had to water much. Not wanting to send my rain your way but hope you can get some of your own. Will send ya our humidity though ;)

    I love the Astilbe also...especially when it gets all fluffy and feathery. Mine doesn't last long after that though. I hope yours blooms soo.n for you Kinnika and you get different colors

    Thanks Kya....everything is doing very well this year with all the rain. I put three new beds in over the weekend and am starting to fill them in.
