    What's the weather in your area? 2015 Edition

    We had a gorgeous day today but I'm not sure what the temperature was. I was in the kitchen all day making jam. I don't think we got out of the 70's though.

    It was warm today but not excessive. It got up to 86. I can feel a little tingling on my arms so I got some sun on them. I had the sunscreen with me too but didn't use it.

    A lot more pleasant today. it got up to 82 degrees and that is 14 degrees lower than yesterday. I drove over the mountain this morning to my favorite berry patch and picked 15 pounds of Obsidian Blackberries. I'm going to try and jam them tomorrow morning.

    What's the weather in your area? 2015 Edition

    It was 102 in McMinnville today and slightly less than that here in Newberg. I worked in the garden plot for awhile this morning before it got too warm. I think our high for the day was 99 degrees. It is 69 degrees down here in the basement.

    Our clouds were gone this morning and our temperature got up into the low 70s.

    We are still having occasional showers. I was in a heavy shower this afternoon coming home from the hospital. We have been staying in the mid 60s during the day.

    Our rain started last evening and has continued with varying intensity until now. The weather guessers are saying this will continue through tomorrow as well. The high temperature for today was 64 degrees and will drop about 10 degrees during the night.

    We had showers forecast but they didn't materialize. The sky was solid overcast today though and we reached a high of about 70 degrees. It will be about 5 degrees warmer tomorrow according to the weather guessers.

    Most of the day was great and the temperature went up to 76 degrees with clear skies. But the clouds rolled in around 5:00 PM and we had thunder, lightning, and rain.

    We'll be dropping into the low 40's tonight but up to 71 for a high tomorrow according to the weather guessers. It will still be cloudy and possible showers

    It was heavily overcast yesterday and we were supposed to get some rain out of that system, but all we got was a few sprinkles. We did start to get some moderate rain during last night though and it is still raining. It is holding around 51 degrees today.

    It was another good day here weatherwise. We lost power at about 4:00 AM and the loss of air from my CPAP apparatus woke me up rather quickly. It was a sunny day and about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. The high for the day was at least 80 degrees.

    Flattery will get you everywhere, Deb. Let's shoot for a repeat no more than six months down the road. The sky was blue with only a few cumulus clouds scattered here and there. We got up to at least 71 here in Newberg and maybe even 72.

    It rained here last night but during the day we had partly cloudy. I was a little cool today but wasn't uncomfortable until late afternoon when the wind came out of the west and off the Pacific Ocean. It got up to 60 degrees today.

    We had both sunshine and clouds today with a high of 73 degrees. We will ge catching the front edge of a storm front this evening or tomorrow morning. That means rain.

    It was clear here for most of the day but the clouds started rolling in about 4:00 PM. The temperature was about 65 degrees but I never did check the thermometer today.
