I use nothing but ground turkey but the really lean stuff is so expensive. I just settle for the a little bit less. I know that it is not as good for you but we don't eat it that often. I compinsate by eating more fish, and veggie meals.

Tomatoes are so precious that we have to do wht we can to protect them.

My tomatoes seem to be protected now. When it gets hotter they may blister though.

I know! I think it might be a neat idea to give each other ideas for home-made ideas for Christmas presents. I am going to make gift jars for my friends, like soup, cookies, and the recipe for the "mug cake" is neat for college students. My daughter got some coffee mugs at the dollar store...
