Another warm sunny day here....managed to catch a few fish y'day (bream and flathead) but no winter whiting yet which is strange....probably because the ocean temp is till around 73F....should be about 68F.....will be 8OF today- Wombat

I like the new format Bob, thanks for putting in the effort! Still warm during the day.....85F humidity has finally disappeared but the ocean temp is still 75F, should be lower by now, will try and get some fish tomorrow as it's a public holiday here in Aus.- Wombat

Who has their seeds started or planted in the ground already??
Planting mainly winter crops and flowers now, but still have tomatoes capsicums and lettuce still thriving due to the warm sunny days.- Wombat

Cooling down at night here...got down to 62F! brrrr had to grab a blanket;)......cyclone has dissipated and is now a tropical "low" lotsa rain but no wind at all thank goodness.....80F here today- Wombat

Strange weather all over the place......cyclone hit but fortunately in a sparsley populated area of the state. The folks up north just went to the public shelters and waited for it to pass. Now the clean up begins.......windy with intermittent heavy showers today....80F- Wombat

Interesting pics Ron thanks for sharing......cyclone will hit tonight around 10pm thankfully to the north of me. Unfortunately it's been upgraded to a category 5 which is the highest rating....eg up to 300kmh (185mph) wind speed.....86F today very unusual weather patterns here at the moment.- Wombat

Well it's wild weather comming up here as a category 4 cyclone is set to cross the coast of my state, hopefully in a reasonably remote area to the north. A minimum wind speed of about 240kmh (150mph) is being predicted, plus the usual torrential rain. Strange time of year for it to occur and my...- Wombat

temps here were back up again...85F ......oh well maybe cooler soon.....we still have cyclones forming off the coast here in the Coral sea.....should have stopped a while ago, the ocean must still have warm currents flowing...- Wombat
