I got all of mine in a month ago...

SO Ma Nature can bring it on..no rushing for me this year :)

I love spinach..I will eat it served any-which-way
but this has to be my most favoritist way
(can also be served as a side dish)

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 bunch chopped scallions, white and green parts
2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach...

now I don't actually measure it is more of a "throw together"
in an 8X8 pyrex dish

Thanks Lynn I only ever got to have it when My Grammy made it..Mommy said it was to expensive to make
and the last time I had it was when BF's Aunt made it for a Thanksagivin get together

I love cheese logs..they are better than cheese balls because you
get nuts evenly in every bite plus a slice fits perfectly on a Ritz :D
8oz sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz old English cheese
8 oz cream cheese
tsp garlic powder
tsp onion powder
and chopped nuts..I used pecans and just...

I kinda "ad-libed" a little
This is what I did
*layer in the order of ingredients* in an 8X8 pyrex dish
I used
1 bag of precut lettuce (this time I used the one that has several different kinds)
1 two cup package of frozen peas (thawed)

I take pixs of things I fix..but nothing that has a "theme"
and I am very nontraditional..(I have pizza for Thanksgiving and Chinese food for Christmas)
So don't think any of those would work (unless you wanted a "weirdo" thread) ;)

I think that would be a good idea..since most cookbooks are divided up that way..(unless they are a specilized book);)
