anyone got a good recipe for 7 layer salad?
I tried lookin on the net but they all had "weird" stuff in them..like peppers,coliflower,and other stuff
I have been hankerin that for a while but the deli wants $4.99 a pound!!!!
way to rich for my blood these days

I don't have big plans for next year
I'm colecting yellow and orange cosmo seeds so I can add to the "decor" but that's about it as far as gardening goes just don't have it in me anymore and I'm guessing it's gonna be another hot one...
may try to do something with the alley again..this...

I think they used to be called "Rainbow cakes"
and if memery serves me correctly they also had one made with puddin instead of jello I am remembering pistachio pudding in a yellow cake....
loves pistachio pudding....:D

I LOVE jello cake..but alas
a whole cake would almost all go to waste as I am the only one who would eat it and I could not eat a whole cake in a week
I alway made Strawberry cakes (can't have cherry)

I was speakig more towards the heat aspect..and not enouh rain to "naturally" take care of them..my plants are still very green
and full and I wouldn't dream of seperating them for another month

it is definitly to early to move them..it is to warm still
and yes do make sure the crown is just above the ground when you plant them
I redid my bed and the next year I had to go out and "lift" them a little bit
they had dinner plate sized blooms on them this year...then it winded and...

I did!! got 4 of them but I look horrific and I won't post my pic on a public forum (security reasons)

I can spray them with "clean scent" febreeze and the birdie smell goes right away *plus they don't smell that bad to begin with*:D

Crabbies they have lime 6-8 of them that travel the country
I got a new Weenie whistle just for singing happy birthday to the driver
Sunday was his 29th birthday...
So now I have an original whistle and a newer one
and of course got some cool pics :D
