Laurie, most of the people I haven't had contact with for 30 years.......well.........they probably weren't very close friends to begin with but I have located some of the kids of friends from church on facebook and it's good to interact with them a bit:o) I've made a whole heap more friends...

Debe, I have had calla lilies but the elephant ear is more hardy and puts out a similar flower.... I lost a lot of my pictures on my old computer but I'll see if I can scrounge up some photos of some of my flowers.

That's the same color climatis I have Curby. And I've got a package of seeds for the red bleeding heart you show in your picture but didn't want to waste them last year when it was so dry. My bleeding heart vine has a tiny rose colored bleeding heart and have no idea how long they have been...

Curby, the cactus froze but sometimes they come on back from the ground. I've never had much luck with calla lilies. I have lantanas, dewberries, paperwhites seem to grow rain or shine, lost the hostas I had a couple of years ago, ginger plants will probably come back out, climatis, double...

Thanks for that photo Randy. It will keep me smiling all the way through the stores today for the 'great last minute shopping trip'. Have to get cold stuff that I want fresh and a couple of stocking stuffer yet. I'm not looking forward to this trip to town but that huge coffee cup and corkscrew...

Rhonda, hope it warms up a bit for you for Christmas. I'm right there with you and can do without that white cold stuff. Down here all it means is no one will drive in it to come home for Christmas dinner;O) Great to be hearing from you......don't be such a stranger!!
-
Randy, I'm sure working to be good, and if we don't meet up on this big old earth, maybe I'll be honored to meet you when we both get to heaven.
-
Curbie, sounds like the same person I got one from today. Always brings a little moisture to my eye to know there are still close knit families like that around.
Laurie, you take care of that splinter wound!!! Doesn't take long for one to get infected and we don't want you sick over...

Probably not any more fishy that the others that crawled out of the woodwork after the first one appeared. The media sure digs deep to get the trash on those poor folks that thinks they are smart enough to hide the dirt from them;o)

Gosh Randy, 8 megabytes would not hold a minute amount of the program that is in a computer nowadays much less saving photos etc.

Dorothy, I had my two granddaughters here this weekend and did almost the same thing. Talked to them about respecting their parents and teachers and buckle down and LEARN. I think a lot of kids just go to school anymore to build social popularity instead of feeling privilaged to be ABLE to get...
