    yard help!!!!!

    I was taught that if the newspaper is using colored ink but is shiny (or waxy) DO NOT use it, but if it's colored ink and is dull in color you can use it. The black and white paper is good to use because the ink helps to kill the seeds from weeds that got left over and also helps kill the weeds...
