    I can't believe we are still fogged in! if you drive out of town, up the hill a bit, you break through the fog. I sure wish we could be taking advantage and enjoying the sun that is just up there a bit....

    :( it ended up being foggy this morning, then kind of cloudy all day....but the weather guessers are promising that the sun will be back tomorrow and into next week :)

    We had a beautiful day here! clear and sunny but not too hot, only got to about 76 we did some serious pruning and limbing trees in the front yard. There was just that hint of fall in the air, I even put a pot roast on to cook!

    We have had a lot of rain on and off the past few days and temperatures have stayed up, it is very muggy and it makes sleeping hard. Thats why I am here at 2.30 am!!

    got to about 77 today, but felt a lot hotter! everything is getting dried out again after our couple of days of rain, but that's ok, soon it will start raining and keep on till next summer :(

    only got to just 70 today, clouded over and rained a bit, now just showery. lows only getting to about 60 at night, so very comfortable weather. reminds us that autumn is right around the corner so time to get the new woodstove put in the livingroom, the fireplace is just not very efficient...

    hot and sunny, stage 2 watering restrictions in place which means watering for me mon. wed. and fri. evening only. It's not as if we don't have enough rainfall here in winter to have enough water for the state of California for the year....it's just the town is too cheap to upgrade the resevoir...

    Well that was a short lived break from the heat! today got up to 77 but the humidity was high so felt hotter. We are in another long stretch of summer weather they say, highs to near about 80 and lows of 60. no more rain in sight. we skipped picking blackberries today and walked to the beach...
