We had a very nice weekend, mostly sunny and warm, but today the clouds rolled back in, and it started showering about an hour ago. the weather guessers are saying we are in for some monsoon rains. bah humbug!

It has been quite cool and very rainy here :( They are saying we are supposed to have a return to warm temps and sun for the long weekend though, that will be great!

Still sunny and warm here! Have tomatoe plants in flower already! My fuschia & california poppies are in full bloom & it looks like summer out there! Had a picnic on the beach on tuesday, I love it even if we do need some rain!

It was a beautiful sunny day here today, we took the day off and went on an outing with our daughter and 2 grandsons. Warm enough for just a sweater! :) I had to water my peas tonight!!

Maggie, I am glad he is doing better and really feel his pain in adjusting to a new way of life after having surgery and or cancer. There are lot's of days I have to tell myself, "I am alive" and just be grateful for that. Over time, I pray he will heal more and gather strength and be able to...

We had some clearing this afternoon which was nice, but rain in the morning and again tonight. It started out like where Randy is in the 40's but only got up to about 53. my peas are liking the weather though, my second planting is coming up now.

We ended up with record breaking temperatures on the whole Easter weekend, it was so wonderful, felt like summer! we had the grandkids stay over and had an egg hunt in the morning here, then later in the afternoon went to the community egg hunt and we ended up having hot dogs over the fire in...

another lovely sunny day, but chilly, never got above 46F. They say we won't get anymore night time temps down to freezing but it sure feels like it will get there tonight to me!

It was frosty again this morning, but clear and sunny. Apparently they got some snow in parts of the city of Vancouver though! We always get more sun than they do! lol. It hit about 48F again today, probably go down to close to freezing again tonight. I want Lynns temperatures......

They were right, we got our sun all day! only got to about 48F though. I'll take it! There was a very heavy frost when we got up though! the guessers are saying the sun will stay with us....or I guess the clouds will stay away, till next wednesday!! but the next couple of nights will be frosty...

We got our storm today, monsoon rain and blowing wind knocked lot's of branches off trees and put out the electricity to a few thousand. Temp was in the low 40's. I sure hope they are correct with the sun coming!
