I eat the peels and all unless they get seperated then I put that aside and keep on eating. I like the red skinned ones best. BTW I forgot to mention corn bread cake is a must with this dish. :) Now I'm drooling all over again. LOL

Kay I'd bake the crust and make the toppings but I wouldn't put it together till moring. I find the crust gets kind of rubbery if left over night. Not that it happens very often around here. Better yet just put it together when you get there.
