    a little funny side story...well I find it funny...when my grandson was born we had him with us for the first three years...I was walking with him every day ...5miles a day and every time i saw one i would say look a rat with a bushy tail...when he began to talk that was one of the first things...

    sorry i missed your question...I watch the bloom dry a bit on the plant then clip it and place it on news paper to complete the dry...works wonderfully...they are tiny seeds and blow away very easily

    when i researched to dry the peony seeds it said to leave them on the plant to dry...also as a reminder they will noto be true to the plant they came from...you may get a whole new color...also it takes very long to germinate and then up to 5 years to get a bloom

    i also use it on my plants...you want to work the soil around the plants and add a a Tabls. then water in...try not to get it on the stalk..
