    creeping charlie

    We have something callled creeping Charlie that is an obnoxious weed that creeps all over the gardens, gets little purple flowers in the spring. I'm wondering if your creeping charlie is our swedish ivy? The leaves are similar. I'll have to try to google that one.

    Bathroom Cleaners

    It sounds like you don't have health insurance, I don't either. I let my Dr. know that and ask for a cheap brand. If this doesn't work, I always ask at the pharmacy if they have a generic brand, and if they do I go back to the Dr. and ask for a prescription of that.

    Kitchen Tips

    instead of buying clorox clean up or and cleaner with bleach for the kitchen or bathroom, to the empty spray bottles add 1/2 cup bleach and 1 tablespoon liquid dish soap and fill it up with water, works just as good as any of the pre-mixed cleaners with bleach and is really cheap to make.

    Recipe Share salad recipes Please!!!

    Cottage cheese/ tomato salad this sound crazy, but is delicious. 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 large ripe tomato, 1/4 cup chopped or sliced thin red onion, 1/4 cup mayonaise and salt and pepper to taste. mix all together and enjoy.

    Herbs for cooking?

    I had a lot of the tomato/tobacco hornworm last year eating the datura leaves. Just love the moths. Have never came across the pupae.
