Great pics Trax! Love the artwork too, very accurate. Your plants should be thriving when you a get a bit more rain. In answer to your question my pup is almost 4ft tall.

Sorry Josh!
You need to try it again!
All I'm seeing is a X's in all your photos!

Hmmm. Wombat saw it so I don't get what happened. It's in my Flikr account and I can see it in my post. I'll try to find another way to post the pictures and I hope it isn't something wrong at Flikr.

Is anyone else seeing red X's instead of photos?

@ Wombat. Thanks! I found a diagram of the parts of a banana plant but it was black on white and smudged really bad. So I drew a similar sketch on printer paper, photographed it, then used the Paint program for the labels. It was the only diagram I could find and I wanted something easier to read.

I could see it just fine, Thank you, Trax. I think I was a pseudostem in a former life! Mine are growing like crazy b/c I put them outside in the heat but in the shade, right? ~ Curbster

I'm not telling!
Must have been one of those system updates that happen every now and then!
X marks the spot!

Yay! :D I was getting worried. Flikr changed the way the BB codes work a few weeks ago and I had to re-learn how to post my photos. They really need to stop changing everything!

@ Curbie. Yep! :) In the shade, especially as hot as you guyz are, LOL! Those bananas could get heat stroke!

Anybody want a banana tree or 6? With our heat and humidty, they just won't slow down growing. I'm outside saying,"LISTEN Y'ALL if YOU don't stop growING, I'm going to have to resort TO .....!" I have a total of 5 new leaves. :) Curbster

@ Crabbergirl. Thanks! :) I've already collected a lot more info and I will be getting credit for the project when it's finished. :D

@ Curbie. Congrats about the new leafs! :) This will def be an awesome banana summer! :D

I'll pay postage and any expense you have in them. Let me know how much. I have a new spot I want to plant some in;)

CG, I THINK these are too big to ship now. But I'll look b/c I think I have 'babies'. I'll look and see if something is shippableble. :) ~ Curbster

That stream in the fishing piece really looked nice and refreshing. I was watching it thinking,"This area has banana trees....I don't see any banana trees. I must not be paying attention." I felt like I was looking for a buried treasure ~ i know there's a banana tree somewhere in here. Thanks, Wombat! Greatly appreciated. I will try it (until I get irritated with myself and start cussing!) LOL! ~ Curbie :)

LOL! Thanks for the trout Wombat!
Also thanks for the correct link. I thought maybe we were to ship them by ship :D

Thanks Wombat! :) I've never had any luck before when I tried. My brother always catches all the fish. I think fish are allergic to me. :(

I thought I was shipping a trout. Oh well :) Trax, MTM goes out on the Chesapeake to fish and he catches ...... a fish. 6" long and that's it. It really is comical b/c he always mentions catching 'DIAMOND Jim' ! Oh ~ guess you threw him back .... MAN, IT WAS A FIGHT TO THE FINISH and THEN the line snapped! oh :) Curbie
