It is nicer now that it is only getting into the 90's. We still are not really getting any rain but some sprinkles last week and a brief shower were welcome. We were hoping the tropical system would head our way but it isn't going to happen.

Yeah! we finally got rain today. It has been raining all day. I was teaching in a portable and got drenched a couple of times when we had to go into the school for specials and lunch. I almost got dried out when school got out and I got to come home. I didn't even mind it at all.
Our hi today was in the lower 80's and that was early this morning. It is 72 out now and it has quit raining for a while. We have had 2.5 inches so far. There is flash flooding going on.
