I got the flu!!! Feel like crap! This it the first time in a good 18 years!!! Guess the stress from the last year finally did me in!!! Hoping it doesn't last long, as I have so much to do! Sore throat, headachy, weak and sore all over!! Felt it coming on on Monday with a raspy throat....

28F and overcaste....might see the sun this afternoon as the temp goes up to 3oF.....
Gotta dig the upper part of the driveway today so I can get out and go to town tomorrow!!
The cold returns tonight, dropping down to 5F .....16 for the high tomorrow!

We had another beautiful day today with clear sky mostly and a high temperature in the mid 50's.

OMG Ron, Im sorry to hear that. the flu hasnt been around these parts so far. just the stomach bug. please rest and take care.
20 this morning and grey. it was supposed to be 5 this morning, so things changed I guess. some warmer temps for this coming weekend, and everyone is looking forward to a little melting here.

A flu bug,Ron --- myyyy !! ( I know those symptoms there as I had the same over New Years ) -- thoughts and prayers ,my friend --- Hang in there!! Not real warm here today, ( heaps of snow around from several months and sadly,the snow looks all dirty too -- need a thaw, but a slow one ) . The sun is shinning bright though and that in and of itself is a big winner to see any day!! - Still having myself a commute on/off back and forth to Denmark and the girl I met from Denmark is doing the same when she comes to visit me . ( we both seem to get along well with each other ) Glad your feeling better there Woodie! - Have yourselves a safe,yet Wonderful Day folks! -

We have had only had 2 days of light rain since in the 3 weeks since we have been home. that makes nearly 6 weeks of seeing mostly sunny skies!! I love it!! so much blooming here now, plum trees, camelias, rhodies, lots of bulbs, periwinkle. I am going to get busy sorting out my drip irrigation system so I am ready for summer when I am sure we will have severe water restrictions! Supposed to stay nice till at least next wedesday!

Same here. I wore my flannel overshirt this morning when I went out but took it off as it got warmer. The sky was a lot more hazy today than before but the sun still came through and gave us a high of 59 degrees.

Been so stressed out with getting the house ready for sale and with my plans for moving...There are so many details that I have to look at before I move......Ahhhh! My poor body just couldn't handle all the stress of last year and this year...I was wondering when it would happen.....It is a novel experience to have the flu....other then feeling like crap.....it has been decades since I had a flu or cold!! Oh well, it is forcing me to stop!!!` Hate the hacking and stuffed up sinuses......

Temp is 1F with a clear dark sky and a big bright full moon!
Tomorrow high of 19 which will be nice after todays windy cold!!

zero this morning, but its up to 10 now and heading to 25. waiting for this warmup this weekend. we so need a warmup. havent seen 40's since early jan.

I was quite comfortable without a jacket today. It was 68 degrees which is about 20 degrees higher than normal.

25F with a weak Clipper on the way....expecting only light flurries with little accumulation ....
Should get up to 32 this afternoon with 18mph winds out of the SW..
Low tonight 23F.....haven't seen a low this high for some time!!
Long range temps are looking even higher, great for a major thaw next week!!

this morning was nice, 30 and sunny. lots of melting here. but this afternoon it cloudy up and got super windy, so that clipper is heading our way. after that we should get some nice sunny warmer temps this week. wish we would see that 68 of randys, but thats not going to happen for a long long time.

Still feeling crappy, but at least I can get up and around after rest periods!!! It really is a rotten time to get sick, but I did see it coming!!

It got up to 36 this afternoon but it was so windy there was no warmth in it...not much melting happened!
They are calling for a high of 45 for Tuesday!!! Hope there will be more......

it stayed at almost 30 here all night. got up to 38 yesterday, but clouded up in the afternoon, no snow tho, which I was thankful for.
today the sun is trying its best to come out. we might get 40 today. still have a long time to go before we see grass tho.

crazy weather day here. this morning I went out and into a snow squall. it was coming down fast and furious, sticking to everything. 3 hours later, the sun came out and it went up to 40. lots of melting here this afternoon.

20 outside this morning with frost on the car windows. I hate mondays, as its my early day. they promise us it will be another 40 degree day. I hope they are correct. we have alot of snow to melt.

The flu just drags along, and dragging me along with it!! Still have a fever though it is not as high as it was last week...coughing a lot ...aches and pains are lessened with tylenol.....
It was a beautiful day yesterday, and looks like a repeat for today.....
Got up to 45F on the deck for a few hours...... lots of melting happened!!
20F with hazy blue, sunny skies!!
Calling for a high of 39, but with the sunny skies, and light winds out of the SW, we may get higher....... There will be a lot more melting this afternoon!!!
