I acquired a old and very large ficus over 10ft tall. The man before me had it for 18 months it was shipped from Florida to Philadelphia where’s it has been since living inside with great light. I’m not too familiar with the problems they have I do k ow about the leaf dropping which has happened to this plant while it adjusted from the move. I want to see if there is something wrong with this tree and what I should do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Joseph!
Welcome to our forum!
Leaf drop and brown spots are normal for ficus.
Issues arise due to either too much moisture, or not enough.

Did a bit of a search and found this information that might help clarify the cultural needs.
Plant Mom has put together a list of some of the most common Fiddle Leaf Fig symptoms, their potential causes, and how you can fix it.
