Spice Raisin Crisps:
------------------
3/4 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 half cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 half teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 cups of Raisin Brain cereal


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly greese cookie sheet. Beat shorting and sugar until creamy. Add egg,milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour,cinnamon,baking soda and cloves. Drop by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 1 minute before removing to racks to cool.

Brunch Muffins:
---------------
3/4 cup milk
1/4cup vegetable oil
1 egg,beaten
1 and 1 half cups of Rasin Brain cereal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar plus 1 teaspoon sugar,divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 half teaspoon ground cinnamon,divided
1 tablespoon maragarine,melted


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease or paper line 12(2 1/2-:) inch) muffin cups. Combine milk,oil and egg into bowl. Stir in cereal;let stand 10 minutes. Stir to break up cereal. Combine flour,2/3 cup sugar,baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in seperate bowl. Add cereal mixture all at once to flour mixture,stir just until moistened. Divide evenly amoung prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Brush muffins with maragarine and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Serve warm.

Apple-Raisin Bran Bread:

1 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
1cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups finely chopped peeled apples ( about 2 small )
1/2 cup chopped walnuts ( optional )
21/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Combine cereal,milk,oil,eggs and vanilla. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir to break up cereal;stir in apples and nuts. Combine flour,sugar,baking powder and baking soda. Add cereal mixture all at once to flour mixture;stir just until moistened. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.

Those all look like wonder recipe to try. Thanks for posting them, can't wait to try all of them. We can't get info fiber in our diets these days.
