I picked up this herb recently and it's growing like a weed. Didn't really think to myself what I was going to use it for when I got it. Just saw the words CHOCOLATE and MINT and went wooo, ahhh *cha-ching*

My daughter makes home-made ice cream and her favorite flavor is chocolate mint. She gets her flavors from the extract of mint and the chocolate from chocolate chips. I have used some of my mint to make mint jelly.
I hope mine grows as a weed too.
I just keep it for the smell, then I go "aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh"

Chocolate mint is good in tea, especially in the hot summer. I use mine in my basket of my coffee maker when I make tea.
Do you just throw it in? Or mince it up first, or blender? /confused
I love mint tea and will be planting this variety in the garden this year. Thanks for the article link.

I gently bruise the leaves. If you don't the hold the oil and flavor. I judst rub them between my hands enoght to damage the leaves. Then put themin the basket with my favorite tea.
