It looks like spider mite damage on your can use a soap and water solution with a few drops of olive oil to help control them. In a litre spray bottle fill with warm water, add a few drops of liquid dish soap, and a few drops of olive oil. Shake well and then spray the underside of the foliage. You may have to repeat the spray in a week or so if you see new damage.
