Is March too early to overseed?

Hi friends. Due to my son being severely allergic to bees I'm getting my lawn healthy to remove weeds and clover (not that clover isn't good). So I've manually removed 75% of the weeds and aerated my lawn this weekend and have several patches where sod was removed.

I'm ready to fertilize and seed but wondering if March is too early for temps?

If I wait until April will I lose the window after aerating? Is that a big deal?
