I noticed some coloured patches on the leaves of my RD and was wondering if it could be variegation. 4 of the leaves have similar patches. If not variegation, what could it be? Could it be worth anything?

That's a cute Mini Monstera. Those are signs of Variegation even if just a lighter shade of green.
