It isn’t hard to create time to watch Netflix, but when it comes to prepping healthy snacks and healthy meal prep we all drag our feet. Cade here, and Carrian and I wanted to create a really easy healthy snack recipe for both adults and kids that wouldn’t be time consuming or bland. I mean, you can only eat so many plain almonds or carrots. Our Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip totally knocked our socks off.
