woke up to sunshine finally....but its a tad chilly out at 37.....should go up to 60's today......of course we have to go back to work today and cannot enjoy it.....ugh.....

We have had a very wet month and I was talking with a farmer friend of mine yesterday. He would like to get his corn in the ground but the soil temperature is still too cold. This week may be the time though as we are supposed to actually get up into the 80's for a couple of days. I don't know if a couple of days will do it for him but at least it's a start. We have been staying just slightly above 50 degrees.

it was sunny, and 60 but the NW winds kept it feeling cold......now if that wind would just change to SW or SE that would be ok....and warmer.....the weather guessers said we are 10 degrees colder than where we should be this time of yr, so the alamanac was correct that spring would be colder this yr......

Today was one of those perfect days. It got up to 76 degrees and the sky was clear all day. I went for my usual visit to the nursing home and to rehab after that. I went out after lunch and worked in front of my garage on several projects. I actually got a little warm painting a wood box I built for my son-in-law. I'll see if I can figure out how to post a photo.

It's 45*F and it's only going up to 64*F today... then 38*F tonight. This can't be real! It feels like winter!

It is supposed to get warmer today and I have been thinking of all kinds of things to get done. The expected high for the day is 84 degrees.

We are having a really beautiful day here today. It is about 77 degrees and very sunny. There is a slight breeze and it is almost perfect outside this afternoon. It is rare that we have a 70 something day here in Austin but I've totally enjoyed it today.

Looked at the pail on the deck and there was 4 inches of rain in it! Think we had enough but more on the way for tomorrow!
Right now we are fogged in......46F!

Very nice Randy! it was a perfect day here as well! unfortunately I had to spend it in the city! Tomorrow I hope to enjoy it much more! supposed to get up to about 76F friday nice too, but then they say the rain will return on saturday which is unfortunate because we have all the grandkids coming for a visit and had hoped to go for a picnic to the beach.
