They are quite the little rainbow aren't they?
But I hadn't planned it that way.
I think I got 48 winter squash.
 
That makes me hungry for a "delicata", I think that is the name of the green and white striped one.
 
I like both them and the sweet dumplings. I cut them in half and put the cut side down and bake them until soft. Turn them over put a little butter and brown sugar in the "hole" and eat them. YUM. See, now tomorrow I am going to have to get me one cause my mouth is watering.
