There is a rumor that value seeds sold unsold seeds from Thomson and Morgan leftover stock from the year before. If you buy T&M seeds the pack in the envelope is exactly the same as your pack of value seeds. I have always ordered from Value seed and could only say the germination rate is not the best. The prices couldn't be beat.

It's not as extensive, but http://sampleseeds.com/ is a nice, small company owned by an individual, not a corporation. I ordered from her this year, and got my seeds very quickly.

I did get an order in from Value Seeds about 3 months ago. I ordered many varieties of SunFlowers. Anxious to see how well they do.

I have ordered from Issacs, seeds for thee and Mow's all were great. Seeds came fast, grew well, and were great to deal with.
