GardenForums.com a friendly and growing community of gardeners.
We feature a
Garden Discussion Forum and
Garden Photo Gallery. It's a fun and friendly place to talk with other gardeners, ask questions, share you knowledge, view and post photos and more! Whether you're a master gardener, or brand new to the hobby, you'll find something of interest here.
Which way do you guys prefer? The 3rd way is just for young seedlings (tofu containers in a shoe rack).
I made a quick video on how to make the temp window shelves without damaging the wall if you want to try.

I kinda do the second. I have tomatoes planted under a light now. I think I need to pot them now as they are getting too tall.

Time to take those off the grow light. They get too tall they will fall over when they get true leaves.

You are right Don. I actually left them a little too long but I repotted them into deeper, single cups and they are looking great! Thanks.
I have a small indoor set up with LED grow lights. So far I have some super hot peppers and some Kelsae onions that I started last month. I start mine in soil blocks and pot up the successes. I will share a oicture when I get it fgured out how to do so.
I lkked the idea of the window shelving.
I have a shelf in the basement with some shop lights that do the trick! Usually I pre germinate in a damp paper towel, then move them to their containers under the lights.

I have lots of seedlings popping up in my soil blocks. I'll have to get some new pics to share but it looks pretty much the same as last year. Okay, I'll go get some now! There are some hot peppers potted up now too.
