Hey I planted some delphiniums last year, I followed the little paper with where I should plant and the other needs. However this year mid February i saw some leaves sprouting from the plant so I covered them a bit with mulch to help them when it snowed again, now in April when the snow was gone for good I looked and the leaves were gone. I’m just wondering if I should assume they are dead and replant in that spot or wait a while. I tried looking on google but all I could find are recommendations for the time to plant and winter care.
